Our Cleaning Service
Galaxy Management Service cleans and keeps safe your office and residential premises round the clock and round the year. We generally carry out following regular cleaning service.
Office Room
- All Office rooms, Store Corridor, all floors, all carpets.
Scope of Work
The work consist of supply and carriage of all necessary materials chemicals, laborers, equipment’s etc. to complete the work and without limiting the generality there of includes the following.
Every two hours
- Clean the toilet ( wash basins, toilets bowls)
- We mop toilet floors.
- Sweep, dust mop, wet mop, the office floors.
Once each monthly Cleaning
- Wash all waste paper basket.
- Cleaning Air Vents.
- Cleaning of all sealing Fans.
- Cleaning of all exhaust Fans.
- Dusting of Ceiling.
Once each daily Cleaning
- Emptying of waste paper basket/ paper bins.
- Dust tops of desk, tables, and file cabinets.
- Vacuum cleaning of carpets.
- Sweeping of mopping floors.
- Cleaning of toilets.
- Cleaning of ash tray and smoking stands.
- Cleaning of Door Glasses.
- Cleaning of Furniture.
- Emptying of Napkin Disposal Receptacles.
- Cleaning outside Entrance of Main gate.
- Clean all inside road and Walkway.
- Driver’s Shed, Car Parking Area, Security office,
Guest Room, Training Room, First Aid Room,
Gymnasium and Baby Crèche to be Clean every day.
Once a Weekly Cleaning
- Washing of toilet floors and high- traffic aisles.
- Dust on furniture, dust window sills, ledges, and picture frames.
- Acid Cleaning of toilet bowls and urinals.
- Cleaning of Venetian blends.
- Cleaning of window panes, grills nets etc.
- Cleaning of computer and Telephone outside.
- Cleaning of Door Glass and window Glass (interior).
- Cleaning inside drain at plant every weekend (Saturday).
- Cleaning foot mate and carpets every weekend (Saturday).
- Remove dust and cobwebs from ceiling and high ledges of a reachable height.
- Including direction signs.
As and when required
- Replenish soap, Towel and Tissue paper.
- Clean and wash basins.
- Clean up after accidental ink, soft drink or other spillage.
- Other emergency janitorial function.
- Removing stains form floor, windows, toilets etc.
- Emergency Cleaning function.
